When you enroll in the Debt Reduction Advocacy for the Seniors and Disabled Program (“DRASD”), the law firm of Ruther and Associates represents you in relation to your unsecured debts.

All harassing phone calls or letters are directed

Individuals who are qualified under this program have income that is exempt from garnishment under federal and state laws. Persels & Associates acts as your law firm and we inform your unsecured creditors that collection would be futile, and suggest that they write off the debt.

There is an initial retainer fee of $200 (which can be paid over 60 days) and a monthly fee of $20 per month for as long as the representation continues.

Remember, the service only applies to unsecured debts like credit cards, medical and hospitals bills, or loans for which no collateral was given. You must continue to meet your mortgage, automobile or other secured loans if you wish to keep this property.
